
Suction excavator to carry out excavation and decontamination in explosive atmosphere
To operate in refineries and service stations, our suction excavators and auxiliary machines are fitted with safety devices enabling operation in ATEX area:
- Engine and machine emergency stop
- Air-operated emergency shutoff valves
- Flame arrester on exhaust line
- Protection by equipotential connection and earthing
- 4-gas detection unit in the skip with device for measuring the explosive rates of the materials which have been sucked up
allowing strict compliance with regulations in force and protection of installations.
Operators trained and duly qualified to work on major hazard sites
NewTechResentra technicians are trained and qualified in chemical hazards N1, N2 (GIES equivalent), ATEX, in the use of individual breathing apparatus and harnesses, and have electrical qualification H0B0, along with the gas and LPS passport (EXXON MOBIL training).
NewTechResentra has MASE certification enabling it to operate on major hazard sites.
